Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Eligible Items

Most items purchased from our store are eligible for return. However, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bluebirdcrystals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
